FLOWER CARE

Keep your vase clean, changing the water often.

Re-cut stems after every water change.

Keep your flowers in a relatively cool spot, ideally out of the sun, and away from heat/ac vents.

Keep away from ripening fruit as this can cause your flowers to decline more quickly

Remove individual elements of the bouquet as they wilt. Some flowers have longer vase lives than others and removing the delicate ones will help keep the water clean and the bouquet looking fresh.
RETURN POLICY
Fresh floral products are delicate and perishable. For this reason, all sales of fresh flowers, bouquets, and plants are final.
However, if your order arrives damaged or in poor condition, we will gladly review it.

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item.
Once approved, we will provide either:

A replacement of the same or similar value, or
-
Store credit for future use.
We do not offer refunds or returns for issues related to personal preference, color variation, or natural differences in flowers.

Shipped boxes and items are FINAL. We pack everything extra carefully to make sure it gets to your recipient safely and in one piece. Please ensure that your recipient's address is a safe place for packages. Once we receive confirmation of delivery, we are unfortunately not liable for porch pirates.

Product returns are accepted in shop within 14 days of purchase for exchange or store credit with copy of receipt.

Delivery Available Monday - Friday (Please call about Saturday delivery as we are usually setting up Weddings)

Deliveries will arrive between 11am and 6pm. Special requests can be made and we will do our best to accommodate

If you are sending flowers to someone at a business, apartment, or any building where flowers cannot be left outside, drivers will likely call recipients BEFORE LEAVING THE SHOP to make sure they are at the location and able to come out to gather the delivery. No worries - it doesn't ruin the surprise, it just bumps the surprise a little sooner and gives them a fun bit of time to be filled with anticipation!

Please do your best to confirm that your flower recipient will be at the delivery location, or that there is a safe (secure space, protected from weather) to leave the flowers.

Unfortunately, there are no returns for customers when recipients refuse to receive a delivery.

Standard local flower delivery 0-10 Miles from shop is $12, 10-15 miles $15, anything over 15 miles please call to determine availability (Weddings are not included in this pricing scale)

Order minimum for delivery is $45 plus the delivery
